By the end of the fifth HP at which the mental health station was implemented, we noticed inter-community discrepancies in people’s willingness to approach the mental health station or be screened. Observations at the Hispanic HPs    Hispanic patients often skipped the mental health station and moved onto other stations. Hispanic medical students told us that this stigma is quite prevalent in their culture, especially among males.
