An attorney for the property owner defended the eviction, saying the owner is allowed to do what he wants with the property within the constraints of the law. Homeless encampment shooting latest charges New charges have been filed in relation to a series of shootings at a homeless encampment in south Minneapolis. FOX 9’s Courtney Godfrey has the latest. The Brief Three separate shootings plagued the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis in September. On Monday, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office announced additional charges against Joshua Anthony Jones in connection to all three shootings.
