Although there were many contributing factors to the Steelers defeating the Washington Commanders, in my mind, it really boiled down to this: A veteran, savvy, Super Bowl caliber quarterback, Russell Wilson, outplayed probable Rookie of the Year young gun, Jayden Daniels, down the stretch. Both quarterbacks threw for a little over or near 200 yards. Both QBs completed 50 percent of their passes. Both were sacked three times. One threw an interception, one didn't.
