The widow of NBA legend Kobe Bryant shut down online speculation she’s pregnant with her fifth child by sharing a photo of Rihanna looking particularly unbothered, drink in hand, to her Instagram Stories. “Me protecting my peace, not pregnant & having fun all summer,” Vanessa Bryant wrote, alongside a handful of cheerful emojis.

Actor Devin Harjes, best known for roles on “Boardwalk Empire” and “Manifest” among other TV series, died on May 27, after being hospitalized at New York’s Mount Sinai West Hospital. He was 41. Harjes’s death was announced Sunday in an obituary posted to his official website. The actor’s representative, David Williams, confirmed to CBS News and other outlets that Harjes had been diagnosed with cancer last winter, but did not provide specifics.

Patti LuPone issued an apology to fellow Broadway actors Kecia Lewis and Audra McDonald over the weekend after her earlier comments on both women drew heated backlash from the theater community. The three-time Tony Award winner shared a statement on her social media platforms Saturday in which she said she was “deeply sorry” for the “demeaning and disrespectful” words she’d used, particularly toward Lewis, in a controversial interview with The New Yorker published last week.

The actor will be a guest of honor at the 13th annual “Night of a Thousand Judys,” set to take place at Joe’s Pub at The Public Theater in New York on Monday, June 2. He’s receiving the second annual Judy Icon Award, which celebrates contributions to queer rights and visibility and is named after Hollywood legend Judy Garland.
