Protesters have taken to the streets of Nairobi to call for the resignation of Police Director General Eliud Lagat following the murder of Albert Ojwang while in police custody. The police have already dispersed the first group of protesters who arrived at the Nation Centre to begin their quest for justice for the murdered teacher. No sooner had they finished praying than the police fired the first tear gas canister.
