We have been without access to the post office from Second Street, requiring us to use Fourth Street, which we elderly find difficult."Turns out it's about fixing something one time. F ADED BRIDGES AND SIGNS: MS asks in an email, "Is there a plan to repaint the bridge on Paseo del Norte that spans Coors NW? It is faded, and the height limit sign is completely faded as well. Both look terrible."Also, "Signs on the interstates, such as the big one announcing the exit to Balloon Fiesta Park on northbound Interstate 25 and many others are faded and look terrible. Not a good look for our city.

W HY MVD GIVES EARLY HEADS-UP: Barry Schwartz shares he was notified near the end of June "the registration on your vehicle with the license plate xxxxxx will require its registration to be renewed on 8/31/2023. If you wish to renew your registration online, you may do so using MyMVD OnlineServices." Barry says the email prompted "my first panic attack of the day - until I read I had over two months till I had to renew.

I-25 BRIDGE REPAIRED: Patrick emails, "It seems about six months ago there were a couple of articles regarding the Interstate 25 bridge over the Rio Grande stating it was in a state of disrepair and needed to have immediate work done on it to keep it operational. I don't recall hearing anything more about it. As someone who lives in Los Lunas and crosses that bridge often, I'd appreciate an update.
