His second shot on the par-5 4th came to rest on the fringe right behind a sprinkler head. He was given relief which put him right on the edge of the green. The eagle putt looked good the whole way. It missed by centimetres - Scott even had the fist locked and loaded ready for an almighty pump. It would've put him back into a share of the lead. Burns made yet another par.

League greats have called on the Roosters to force Victor Radley to take a break after his seventh failed HIA in the past four seasons. Against the Knights on Saturday evening, Radley stayed down after a blow to the side of the head from Fletcher Hunt's thigh late in the first half. Radley stayed on the ground for some time after the hit, before coming straight from the field. He was ruled a category two HIA, and failed over the half-time break.

Adam Scott is just a shot off the lead and will play in the last group in the final round of the US Open on Monday morning (AEST). Scott shot the equal low round of the day, a 3-under 67 move into a tie for second, one shot behind Sam Burns. Scott is the third player to ever card three straight rounds of 70 or better in a US Open at Oakmont. Scott made bogey on the par-4 first, but was flawless from then-on.

Oscar Piastri declared he's still "pretty happy" with third on the grid for the Canadian Grand Prix as McLaren endures its toughest weekend of the year in Montreal. Having dominated much of the season, the papaya cars comparatively struggled through practice. A "miserable" Piastri was well down the timesheets and even hit the wall in final practice. Norris was fairing only marginally better.
