Stoughton refuses to go away, answering every time MH extends its lead to 4/5/6. Game is tied at 47 now with 7:53 remaining. It’s basically Josh Manchester (MH) vs Carter Sullivan (STO) right now as both have taken over for their respective ball clubs.

Mount horeb’s run ended at 15-6 for an 18-14 lead before Stoughton answered with a 9-5 run to tie the game at 23. Alex Chapman’s steal and fastbreak lay-up with 5.5 seconds left gave MH a 25-23 lead, and that’s the score now at the first and only intermission of the evening.

De’Jion Steele’s INT inside Middleton’s 20 yd line and return to the 2 gave West 1st and goal late in the 1st half but the Middy defense held and West had to settle for a 21 yard FG by Ian Ladd with 7 seconds left to make it 7-3 at halftime.
