A townhome and villa development in Plymouth received a bevy of approvals at a City Council meeting Tuesday, bringing it one step closer toward construction. Ron Clark Construction has proposed building 19 “rambler style” (sometimes referred to as ranch style) single-family villas and 19 townhomes in the northwest Twin Cities suburb.
