Defenseman's 'Bouch Bomb' leaving its mark on friends and foes alike June 07, 2025 EDMONTON -- Evan Bouchard doesn't recall when his slap shot started to get attention, when it started to really become a big part of who he is as a player. Teams put on intense, entertaining show in opener of rematch June 05, 2025 EDMONTON -- The noise was deafening and the intensity inside Rogers Place, especially on the ice, was seemingly as high as it can get. It was physical and fast. It was crisp and intelligently played. It was, quite clearly and literally, the two best teams in the NHL going at it once again in the Stanley Cup Final. And it was only Game 1.
