    Lines of gusty thunderstorms brought heavy rain, hail, gusty winds, and at least one confirmed tornado as they swept through eastern Pennsylvania and northwestern New Jersey Tuesday afternoon. The National Weather Service officially confirmed a tornado touchdown in the Slate Belt in Northampton County, near Bangor and off of Route 191 in Washington Township.
