    Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira got all spiffied up for their new zombie spinoff, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live. Personally, we have no interest in it because we checked out of that franchise close to a decade ago, but we’re very happy for those folks who are excited about this one. We just haven’t encountered any. But they sure clean up nice, right? ANDREW LINCOLNIt’s a beautiful sweater and a very fine suit. We don’t think the styles coordinate as well as they could.

When I was nine years old, a student at the University of Zimbabwe, where both my parents were employed, was stripped of her clothes by a pack of men because they decreed her attire “inappropriate,” and her character clearly of ill repute. She “deserved” it. And most agreed. I felt a fire in my belly about how unjust this seemed. Not fully equipped with the language to speak against this, I tried nonetheless.
