    At last week’s Vacaville Unified School District board meeting, two Black Americans detailed significant racial incidents and bullying in Vacaville public schools. They highlighted the district’s failure to adequately address these critical issues affecting Black children and children of color. During the public comment, one parent expressed her frustration that her 10-year-old boy has been called the N-word to his face 25 times while at school.
