    On May 6, 2024, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) finalized a new rule to regulate laboratory-developed tests (LDTs). An LDT is a reagent, instrument, or system used for diagnosis or treatment that is designed, manufactured, and used by a single laboratory.1 LDTs are generally thought to fall within the legal definition of a medical device, which includes any “instrument” or “apparatus” for diagnosing disease.

    Lawsuits Over the Price of Insulin—State Efforts for Insulin Access Over the past 20 years, the high price of insulin has impaired the access of patients to this lifesaving drug. In addition, at least 9 US states and the territory of Puerto Rico (Table) have brought lawsuits alleging that pharmaceutical companies and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) have engaged in illegal and immoral conduct regarding the pricing of insulin.

Yes, you can secure some extra time with loved ones, and — if you are lucky —  maybe your cancer is susceptible to drugs or surgery. But for most people, cancer sounds like a death sentence. The proper response is to throw drugs and radiation at it. Cancer seems so unstoppable that many have started rifling through their cosmetic products and foods to eliminate all possible carcinogens.

    Halifax 1947 Left This car has a modern v8 and maybe a 350 but not sure, back axle has been changed with front to back leaf springs to take the power. Needs power steering box fixing and seats bolting in. No head lining so can’t put the chrome trim back. Auto box with push button to change. New spare rim for front and back. Needs shockers on front. New varta silver battery. Lots of trim and screws, bolts etc. .Please call 07918 705554 for details as too much info to write on here.
