    Sudden Hearing Loss and Vertigo After Sinus Occlusion A 67-year-old patient presented with persistent vertigo and pulsatile tinnitus in the left ear for the past 3 months. The initial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) depicted arterial flow signal in the left transverse sinus. Results of digital subtraction angiography (Figure 1) revealed a complex dural arteriovenous fistula with multiple arterial feeders with anterograde filling of the left transverse sinus (Cognard type 1).
