Blind, an anonymous community app for professionals, found that 20% of U.S. professionals have secretly used AI tools during job interviews. The findings are based on a survey of 3,617 verified professionals conducted between April 10 and 20, 2025 on its platform. According to the survey, 55% (1,989 professionals) agreed that “using AI during interviews has become the new norm,” while 27% (977) disagreed, and 18% (651) were unsure.
