Unfortunately, the Oregon Child Support Program received a federal employer child support file intended for December support too early (November 29). This caused payments to be distributed based on November arrears balances instead of December balances, so some participants have received a different amount than expected for December. We will make corrections the week of December 9 with the receipt date reflecting December.

The Oregon Child Support Program computer system will be unavailable from 6 a.m., Saturday, November 23, through 10 p.m., Sunday, November 24 due to scheduled maintenance. This outage will impact most functions, including online account access, calculators, payments through MyPaymentPortal.com, and the Oregon Employer Services Portal.
