Signed by Governor Mike Parson on July 11, 2024, Missouri Senate Bill 1359 enacted the Missouri Commercial Financing Disclosure Law (the "Law"), imposing disclosure and registration requirements for providers and brokers, respectively, of qualifying commercial financing.
