Sequence-selective pulldown of recognition-encoded melamine oligomers using covalent capture on a solid support† The covalent capture of recognition-encoded melamine oligomers (REMO) with a target attached to a solid support was investigated. Sequence-selective pulldown of complementary oligomers was observed when the target was challenged with a randomised library of oligomers.

Graphical Abstract Cover Illustration: Confocal image of retinal astrocyte (green) isolated by microdissection from GFAP-Cre+ x Rpl22HA/HA mouse showing HA-tagged ribosomes (red) present throughout the cell, including within endfeet processes, indicating that ribosome associated mRNA throughout the cell can be isolated by immunoprecipitation. The image also indicates how well astrocyte morphology are preserved in our microdissection method. Nuclei are labeled with DAPI in blue.

AbstractAnalyzing the dynamics of parking traffic can better represent the real dynamic states of road networks, thereby allowing for a deeper analysis of the parking system’s impact. This paper comparatively investigates the impact of parking policies on two traffic networks with different infrastructure, socio-economic, and policy characteristics.

Now, why exactly do I believe this makes sense in North American contexts, and why should we learn to appreciate (or at least tolerate) the use of single-use zoning? There are many factors why this spread-out, segregated zoning design makes sense here in Canada. The factor that I will mainly be analyzing is the perception and understanding of cities and daily lifestyles.
