    Sept. 10 is recognized as World Suicide Prevention Day. Throughout the past eight months, I’ve had the privilege to work as an operator on Canada’s National 988 Suicide Crisis Helpline. I’ve had the opportunity to provide support and help hundreds of individuals who have been thinking about suicide. I would like to take this opportunity to share some coping strategies and resources that may be able to help you or someone else who may be thinking about suicide.
