James Corrigan: Justin RoseIt verges on the insulting that the Englishman is 125-1 with one bookmaker for this week. He has finished second in the last two majors and is world No 16. He is the only player in the field who has finished in the top 15 in each of the last five US PGAs. He has good form around Quail Hollow. He should not be a dark horse - but he is.

The first of the Championship play-off semi-finals looks a foregone conclusion after Sheffield United's 3-0 win at Bristol City, but Coventry City vs Sunderland promises to be a far tighter affair (if refereeing decisions allow). Sunderland finished seven points above Coventry across the 46 games of the regulation season, but intriguingly the team lower in the table have a better expected goal difference courtesy of stronger attacking numbers.

Missed chances were the theme of Arsenal's Champions League semi-final exit to Paris St-Germain, but Wednesday's second leg in Paris also featured a small number of technical errors that proved costly. The general level of Arsenal's performance was impressive as they made PSG suffer and defend their penalty area more than at any stage of the French club's run to the final.

Odegaard putting his laces through three shots in a week. All he needed was a few Cobra bombs.

Lovely to see Martin at the training ground today. Had a great chat about his career so far. Absolute gentleman like the old days 👌👍 https://t.co/c0ukCGHkoJ

Too much of a coward to say it at HT, but thought 80 per cent of Arsenal’s game was fine in the first half. Not too much to take from what was a nothing match for Liverpool, it suits everyone to shake hands and get on a plane to Mykonos. Merino just knackered for the 2nd yellow.

Arsenal did little wrong last night, but there were some small technical mistakes and a tendency to dribble into trouble/take too many touches. And, though the xG gods were against them, two more goals conceded from the edge of the box: https://t.co/1sZ0jVTT7P
