Stogner announced his resignation in an email to employees and other constituents on Sept. 3.

We rode rollerblades and bikes, went to the library, and played tag. It really never occurred to me that my vision was different. It was just my normal. I am the middle of three daughters, and my sisters and I were home-schooled. My mother tightly controlled the information we had access to from an early age.
