(RUSSIA) -- U.S. Army service member Gordon Black, who has been detained in Russia since early May, pleaded partially guilty to charges of theft during the second hearing of his ongoing trial in the Primorsky Court, Russian media reported Monday. Black, 35, admitted to theft, but he did not admit to the charges of assault or threat to kill, according to Russian media.

(LONDON) -- The first hearing in the espionage trial of Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich has been scheduled for June 26 in Russia, according to the Sverdlovsk Regional Court. The Russian prosecutor's office announced earlier this month that the reporter would stand trial on espionage charges, officially ending any future pre-detention appeals. He's been detained for more than a year.

(GREECE) -- Greek officials are looking for an American tourist who went missing this week while they were visiting an island off the coast, just days after another U.S. tourist went missing while vacationing nearby. The unidentified missing man was last seen Tuesday at a tavern in Mathraki, located west of Corfu Island, where he was staying with a Greek American friend, investigators told ABC News.

#Greece: Police still searching the scene where the bomb exploded outside the headquarters of the #HellenicTrain company in Athens to make sure there isn't a secondary IED. No casualties or injuries reported so far.

The 3 perpetrators had applied for asylum in #Greece but the Asylum Service had rejected the applications - at first instance.

Greek police have identified 3 Turkish nationals, who were recruited by a 4th Turkish national, to assassinate Mehmet Nezir Islek in Athens on November 4, 2024. The ‘recruiter’ is in jail in #Greece while the 3 perpetrators were previously at the Oinofyta migrant/refugee camp.
