Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been an extraordinary workhorse and advocate for President Trump’s policies of reversing the hollowing out of the American university system. The latest is Rubio’s announcement on students from Communist China. Rubio’s announcement did not specify how many students would lose their ability to study in the U.S., but suggested the effort would focus on people with connections to the Chinese Communist Party or those studying sensitive subjects.
