    CHAMBERLAIN TOWNSHIP - Plans for a community garden are taking form in Chamberlain Township. A cooperative initiative is being put in place this year, allowing participants to actively work in the garden, growing and being able to enjoy the plants that emerge. There are also plans for community events where there will be opportunities to taste and enjoy the produce that is being grown in the garden.

He was speaking at the May 15 meeting of the Earlton-Timiskaming Regional Airport Authority in Armstrong Township. Ice and heavy snow created challenges throughout the winter months, he related, and impacted flight numbers at the airport.
