It is getting more and more difficult to compete in college athletics, especially if you aren't a brand name program. On Tuesday, the Toreros unveiled a resource they believe will help them level up. The University of San Diego held a grand opening for its brand new Basketball Performance Center. The $35 million, 28,000 square foot facility features equal space for the men's and women's programs. "It's a game changer," men's basketball coach Steve Lavin said.
