Two national TV games, including a road "Monday Night Football" contest against the Cowboys and a home Thursday game against the Seahawks, highlight the Cardinals' 2025 schedule. The Packers, meanwhile, visit Arizona on Oct. 19. The Cardinals head into their 20th season at State Farm Stadium with significant expectations and want to build on a home-field advantage that allowed them a 6-3 record in Arizona last season.

Before the schedule drops this afternoon -- and if you look hard enough out on the interwebs, you can already find a couple of games, reportedly -- I found it interesting in this Pro Football Focus article about the most underrated player from each team. From Jake M:"I think we can acknowledge that had it not been for injury concerns that Will Johnson would've been a top 10 pick.

Cody Simon is hoping to create for himself a significant role as a rookie linebacker this season, but a big step -- getting his initial NFL contract signed -- is done. Simon, the team's fourth-round pick, signed his four-year deal on Monday afternoon, shrinking the to-do list to sign the draft class down to two. Still to sign are first-round pick Walter Nolen III and second-round pick Will Johnson.
