The New Orleans Mayoral race is adding another name. Former Orleans Parish 911 Communications Director Tyrell Morris tells WDSU he's running to become the next Mayor of New Orleans. "Over the last year or so, and last couple of weeks, speaking with my family, and deep prayer, it has become clear to me that this is my time to lead the city", said Morris. As Morris tries to make his case to voters, he's also dealing with another case, in court.
