As the Commander of American Legion Calvin George Post 37, I want to personally thank Morgan County High School for hosting our annual Veterans Day Celebration. My predecessor, Colonel Jim Nesmith, started this tradition many years ago. However, like so many other things, it was interrupted by COVID. But due to the fearless leadership of MCHS Principal Melanie Sigler, this patriotic tradition continues. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Principal Sigler.
