In a Monday filing, Harvard — which has experienced billions in funding freezes and grant terminations from the Trump administration — asked the court for summary judgment in their April 21 lawsuit by Sept. 3. They argue in the filing that the canceled funds began a “120-day clock” to submit reports and “liquidate all financial obligations” related to the federal funding.
