IPVMU Certified | 2 days agoHere's a new one- customer states " have a strange problem where all the cameras shut down and reboot when the printer in this office is started". The system is one we didn't install-5-6 year old Hikvision at an apartment complex. From previous service calls at this site, the NVR's built in PoE ports no longer have PoE so all cameras are connected to an unmanaged PoE switch.
