It's over in Nolanville. Incumbent David C. Williams II held off a strong challenge by Patrick Ramsdell to keep his Place 4 seat on the Nolanville City Council. The final tally 139 votes to 128. Good race there.

Tight election in Nolanville. Early voting is in, and incumbent David Carson Williams II leads challenger Patrick Ramsdell by 6 votes, 32-26, for the Place 4 seat.
