AbstractThe evaluation of DNA damage response, particularly DNA damage foci formation, is crucial for understanding tumor biology and assessing the impacts of various drugs. We have developed a sophisticated semi-automated image analysis pipeline which generates quantitative map of the spatiotemporal distribution of DNA damage foci within live tumor spheroids.

Sampi získávají titulGrandfinále European Pro League Season 3 Division 2 se neslo v duchu duelu česko-slovenského celku Sampi s finskými JANO Esports. Sampi se dařilo po celou dobu utkání. První mapou byl Ancient, který skončil se skóre 16:13 pro Sampi a byl celkově nejvyrovnanější mapou zápasu. Sampi tak vedli 1:0 v sérii. Na druhé mapě – Mirage, již Sampi znatelně dominovali a se skóre 16:5 si připsali další bod.

G2 posílají MAD Lions domůDva nejlepší League of Legends evropské týmy letošní sezóny, G2 a MAD Lions, se na turnaji MSI 2023 (Mid-Season Invitational, neplést si s výrobcem MSI) po střetu s obávanými korejskými týmy, postavily ve vyřazovacím utkání proti sobě. MSI 2023 se letos odehrává v Londýně. Ten po prohře 0:3 opustí uskupení MAD Lions, které nakonec podlehlo G2. Ty v dalším kole čeká vítěz duelu Golden Guardians vs Cloud9, který se odehraje již dnes.
