However, many facilities face expensive, unplanned shutdowns due to component failures, leading to a whole cooling-system breakdown. Sometimes even Mother Nature can wreak havoc. The open girls team competing in division one at the senior event won a bronze, defeating McKinnon College in straight sets while the under-16 girls won a silver medal in the junior event going down to Methodist Ladies College in the deciding set. Volleyball Victoria established this event in 2019, offering an alternative tournament for teams that didn’t want to participate in the National Schools Cup when it moved to the Gold Coast, opening entries to associations, clubs and academies.

AbstractPolyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) play a crucial role in aiding bacteria to adapt to extreme and stressful environments. While there is a well-established understanding of their production, accrual, and transfer within marine ecosystems, knowledge about terrestrial environments remains limited. Investigation of the intestinal microbiome of earthworms has illuminated the presence of PUFAs presumably of microbial origin, which contrasts with the surrounding soil.
