Hispanic Heritage Month provides an opportunity to reflect on the impact Latinos have made in our culture every year. Whether we recognize it or not, we experience this impact year-round through our food, sports, business, politics, science, education and the arts. It’s been the defining feature of Jim Nill’s second half. What started out as a very (very) questionable run of Valeri Nichushkin, Jason Dickinson, Julius Honka, Denis Gurianov, and Riley Tufte turned into Miro Heiskanen, Jake Oettinger, Wyatt Johnston, Thomas Harley, and Logan Stankoven.
