Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) has proposed the establishment of a National Revenue Dashboard that will interface with all the revenue generating agencies in the country, to track revenues. RMAFC said the dashboard would enhance digital real-time monitoring of revenue inflows from revenue generating agencies of government. It also called for a framework that will enable a review of revenue allocation formula statutorily every five years.

Society of Nigerian Artists (SNA), has named the Obi of Onitsha, His Royal Highness, Alfred Nnaemeka Achebe as its Grand Patron. President of the group, Mohammad Suleiman announced this during a National Executive Council/Stakeholders Retreat held in Awka, where he presented an award plaque to the monarch. The group described Achebe as one of the largest collectors of artwork in Nigeria, including the ownership of a museum, which is housed in his palace in the ancient city of Onitsha.

Awka — The Anambra State government has taken the fight against drug addiction to the cattle market in Amansea, Awka North Local Government Area of the state. The cattle market is predominantly dominated by young Hausa youths, some of whom are suspected to be addicted to illicit substances. The campaign, which was spearheaded by the Anambra State Ministry of Information, in partnership with the Amansea Cattle Market, cautioned the youths against the use of illicit drugs.
