Tom Determann is a triple crown winner for the Iowa House of Representatives. To be a triple crown winner you must win three races. Tom set out a number of years ago to become a Clinton City Council person. He won and served 3 years. After that he ran for Clinton County Supervisors and won twice. He became chairman of the supervisors. Then Tom decided to run for the Iowa House of Representatives and won. He now is serving his first term for the citizens of Clinton, Camanche and a portion of the county.
