    REGIONAL- A return trip to the state tournament wasn’t in the cards this year for the Northeast Range/Ely girls golf team, as they placed third in the 7A sectional tournament in McGregor on Tuesday. Walker-Hackensack-Akeley took the team title and state berth with a stroke total of 830, well clear of runner-up Pine River-Backus at 861. The Nighthawks finished well back of that with a 917.
