    You can show me behind the scenes footage, budget breakdowns of every stage of production, hard copies of contracts from the studio proving they produced this movie, and hours of firsthand accounts from all the people who made this. Yet, you still wouldn't be able to fully convince me that The Final Destination is actually part of the franchise and not a cheaply made knock off from The Asylum. Jesus, this was a slog to get through. The 3D gimmick is lame but even worse is the CG.

    Like the original, I have a bit of a soft spot for Final Destination 2. The accident scene is great and has rightfully become fodder for memes all around social media these days. What works best for me in this movie is the way it ties everything together with the first movie's plot. It's not done all that cleanly and really feels a little half-hearted in the sense of follow through. But I appreciate the ties it made to the original.
