Homeowners now have until June 2nd to make financial arrangements to settle their tax and water lien debt. Currently, there are close to 700 homes in our community that are on the 10-day list. Homeowners need to know that they still have an opportunity to make financial arrangements. Our last door to door outreach was quite successful.

This milestone anniversary honored the founders of CBJC: Alma Carroll, Torrie McCartney, and Viola Plummer, and it also honored longtime CBJC supporter and former NYS Assembly Member Annette Robinson. Jitu K. Weusi, cultural advocate and founder of The East, the borough’s jazz shrine, was inducted into the Brooklyn Jazz Hall of Fame.
