Allan Rosenbaum was a global champion of public administration, a field-builder, and a teacher. Allan sought to build confidence in public administration, expand democracy, and promote civil discourse and debate. Allan connected and broadened networks, many of which continue to expand. And Allan recruited, welcomed, and taught scores of academics and practitioners in the field of public administration, many of whom have carried on his spirit and teachings.
