A day after a series of unruly sideshows rocked Oakland, police officers were working to track down drivers who were involved in the gatherings. Santiago Mejia/S.F. ChronicleOakland police issued 10 citations and towed three cars after a series of unruly sideshows rocked the city early Sunday, officials said Monday. The sideshows took over several intersections. As officers showed up to one location, drivers and spectators dispersed to other intersections, police said.
