1. IntroductionCollege students are more food insecure when compared to the general public [1,2,3]. Multi-university studies report 35–50% of students observed with food insecurity (FI) [4,5,6], with 14–59% observed via single-university prevalence studies [7,8,9]. FI is associated with many physical health issues [7,8,10] and has been correlated with mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation [7,10].
