    An eight-year court battle against the City office of the US law firm Dechert and its one-time head of white-collar crime concluded last month with Mr Justice Green overturning previous rulings against Farhad Azima, an aviation entrepreneur. In the initial dispute, the Ras al-Khaimah Investment Authority instructed Dechert — and its partner, Neil Gerrard — to sue Azima. Ultimately the case unravelled and Mr Justice Green set aside previous orders against the businessman.
