Gardaí in Ennis are appealing for witnesses after a stolen bank card was used at several premises in the town minutes after it was lost. In an appeal, a spokesperson confirmed that an investigation is underway after a report of fraud was received in recent days. "The injured party in this case, lost his bank card in Ennis Town and it was subsequently used in four separate transactions across the town," said Sergeant Edel Burke who added that the garda investigation is progressing.
