LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — Las Cruces police arrested a mother after they allegedly found her drugged out on the sidewalk and her toddler playing on the side of the road. On Monday, 36-year-old Jessica Lynn Galenski was arrested after officers claimed they found her passed out and on drugs at a bus stop near W. Madrid Avenue and N. Alameda Boulevard, leaving her six-year-old son unattended and only a few feet from running traffic.
