The league table of shame for the past two seasons also includes West Ham, Liverpool and Newcastle among the worst offenders. The Manchester rivals account for one in five of all Class A drug arrests at the 20 Premier League grounds. Police made 15 inside both City’s Etihad stadium and at United’s Old Trafford.
