GameCentral speaks to the director of It Takes Two and the upcoming Split Fiction, about trusting your instincts and understanding publishers. Since it's the follow-up to the best-selling It Takes Two, we were very keen to play new game Split Fiction (you can read our full hands-on report here) but the thing we were really looking forward to was talking to director Josef Fares.

GameCentral gets to play over three hours of the follow-up to It Takes Two, in what is some of the most enjoyable co-op action ever seen. When we interviewed Split Fiction director Josef Fares recently, the one question he had no answer for is why other companies haven't tried to copy him.

For the 30th anniversary of PlayStation, GameCentral looks back at the launch of the PS1 and how it revolutionised the world of video games. Just seen #DetectivePikachu Goes without saying it’s the best video game movie ever but it’s genuinely funny too and so many different Pokémon!

Had a very enjoyable chat with @ClassicFM presenter @eimearnoone about taking over from @jessicacurry2 for High Score and the problems facing women in the music industry for games and movies. https://t.co/Lj0XsVnJB0

Really enjoyed meeting @gypsyOtoko and @tomqe again for more hands-on with #DevilMayCry5. V is a great new character and I had no idea he played so differently from the others, or that there were so many references back to the original DMC. https://t.co/ZEeLpu00um
