I've been reading a lot of mystery/action/suspense novels lately. So often, painfully often, the successful writers have to inject their toxic leftist views into an otherwise intriguing plot. It's not just their advocacy of their foolish agenda, such as promoting the climate

FWIW, I have contempt for people on either side of the political aisle who throw things out there that they know are not true just to get clicks. Why do they even think it's in their interest to do so?
