A blank-check company led by Anthony Pompliano, a cryptocurrency influencer and podcaster, has filed for an initial public offering to raise $200 million. Pompliano will be chief executive officer of ProCap Acquisition Corp., according to a filing Wednesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Brent Saunders, chairman and CEO of Bausch + Lomb Corp., is serving as special adviser to the firm.

Private equity firms Leonard Green & Partners, TPG Inc. and Partners Group USA Inc. and the chief executive officer of Life Time Group Holdings Inc. offered to sell 23 million shares of the company in aggregate, according to a statement Thursday. Life Time will not receive any proceeds from the sale, the statement shows. At the closing price of $31.30 apiece on Thursday, the Life Time stake would be valued at $719.9 million, according to calculations by Bloomberg.

Universal Music Group NV has agreed to plan a US share sale by Sept. 15, in order to fulfill an agreement with billionaire Bill Ackman ’s hedge fund Pershing Square. Titan America SA, the US unit of Titan Cement International SA, has filed for an initial public offering in New York, showing net income growth of 18%.
